Abstract

In a through anchor (), a guide piece () is molded in an area around a through hole () in an anchor plate (), webbing () is inserted through an insertion hole () in the guide piece () in such a way that the webbing is movable along a lengthwise direction, and the webbing () is slidably supported on a sliding surface () of the guide piece (). Here, the guide piece () is placed only on the whole circumference of the through hole () in the anchor plate () and allows an entire outer peripheral end surface (C) of the anchor plate () to be exposed. For this reason, the use amount of molding resin of the guide piece (), which is molded from a relatively high-grade resin, and the cost of the through anchor () can be reduced.
