Abstract
A method of producing yeast-polyphenol ferment extract includes growing the cells of a yeast ofgenus in a growth media to late-logarithmic growth phase, in which the carbon source in the media is exhausted; exposing the cells to a non-cytotoxic dose of polyphenol; and extracting cytoplasmic and extra-cellular components of the exposed yeast cells from the growth media.
