Abstract
A tray element is provided for a motor vehicle. The tray element can be arranged in a stowage region of the motor vehicle and has at least one receiving tray open at the top in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle for at least partially receiving at least one battery () of the motor vehicle. The tray element is designed as a die-cast component made of a light metal.
