Abstract
An electronic device includes an input unit configured to receive user input; a communication unit configured to transmit and receive message; and a controller configured to set an outgoing message to at least one notifications of a plurality of message notifications according to the user input received by the input unit, and to notify of reception of an incoming message to a user by at least one notifications of the plurality of message notifications included in the incoming message.
