Abstract
In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus, comprising a receiver configured to receive information describing a first set comprising at least one first environmental radio condition, at least one processing core configured to determine, whether at least one of the at least one first environmental condition is fulfilled, and at least one transmitter configured to cause an indication that the at least one first environmental condition is fulfilled to be sent to a network. The set may comprise a radio fingerprint, which may be received in a user equipment from a base station.
