Abstract
A battery case includes a case main body (), a sealing body that seals an opening of the main body, and an insulating body () that is disposed at a part where the case body () and the sealing body are in contact with each other. In the battery case, an open end () of the case body () is crimped to the sealing body, and a dent () is formed in the sealing body by pressing the open end () against the sealing body.
