Abstract

The present invention provides a chip for analysis of a target substance that is compact and allows analysis of a target substance with less time and effort. The chip for analysis of a target substance includes a first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate, and a third substrate. A flow channel-forming non-bonded areais formed on a bonding surface of the first flexible substrateand the second flexible substratein a band-like manner and an extraction chamber-forming non-bonded areahaving a wider band width than the flow channel-forming non-bonded areais formed at a part of the flow channel-forming non-bonded area. The first flexible substrateincludes a through-holethat is in contact with the flow channel-forming non-bonded area, a shutter-forming non-bonded areais formed on a bonding surface of the second flexible substrateand the third substrateat a far side of the through-holerelative to the extraction chamber-forming non-bonded areasuch that the shutter-forming non-bonded areaand the flow channel-forming non-bonded areaintersect above and below, the first flexible substrateand the second flexible substrateinclude a pressure supply portthat comes through the substrates so as to be in contact with the shutter-forming non-bonded area, and a magnetic particlethat binds to a target substance is placed above the extraction chamber-forming non-bonded area
