Abstract
Provided is a diaryl-azole compound represented by formula (1) wherein Rare Cchain hydrocarbon, etc.; p=0-3; q=0-4; n=0-2; X is N, CH, etc.; Ar is phenyl, or 5-6-member aromatic heterocyclic ring; G is Cchain hydrocarbon, etc.; and Het is a group selected from formulas (H1) (H2) (H3) described in the specification. The diaryl-azole compound of formula (1) has an excellent controlling effect against arthropod pests. Also provided are a control agent having an excellent controlling effect against arthropod pests, and a method for controlling arthropod pests in which the control agent is used.
