A manually operated pump () for dispensing a fluid substance in which the movable element () of the delivery valve has an at least partially conical surface adapted to be coupled with a corresponding surface of a seat of the delivery valve, in a manner so as to be fit therein due to the action of the spring () that loads the movable element ().
