Abstract
A turbo refrigerator () includes: a turbo compressor () to which a gas-phase component (X) of a refrigerant from an economizer () is supplied, wherein the turbo compressor () includes a first flow path (R) through which a compressed refrigerant gas (X) flows, and a connecting pipe () connected to the first flow path (R) and a second flow path (R) through which the gas-phase component (X) of the refrigerant flows, and the diameter of the connecting pipe () reduces toward the first flow path (R) from the second flow path (R).
