Abstract
An energy storage device includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution. The negative electrode includes an active material layer, and the active material layer has pores having a pore size of 0.1 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less, and a total volume of the pores is 0.26 cm/g or more and 0.46 cm/g or less.
