Abstract

To provide a sleeve antenna that can be attached to a chassis while maintaining favorable antenna gain even when using a small circuit board, and a wireless communication device. The sleeve antenna includes: a coaxial feed line; a radiating portionthat has a predetermined length and results from removing an outer conductorat a tip portion of the coaxial feed line; and a sleevethat has a predetermined length and covers the coaxial feed linefrom a proximal end of the radiating portiontoward a direction opposite to the radiating portion. At least one of the radiating portionand the sleevehas a bent portionin at least a portion thereof.
