Abstract
The invention relates to a method for an oriented deposition of hexagonal profiled rods () with their longitudinal edges () pointing downward in the direction of a stacking table () in a stacking installation (). In doing so, an initial number of n-profiled rods () is provided on a feed table () and a stacking shaft () is built with the corresponding width (). Then, several first transfer arms () are adjusted as protruding over the stacking shaft () on the side facing away from the feed table () and the profiled rods () are placed by means of a transfer device () on the support surfaces () arranged on the transfer arms () as well as are held by the transfer device () lying adjacent to one another. The transfer arms () are re-adjusted and, in doing so, the first profiled rod () is placed in the guide areas () aligned sloping on the transfer arms () as well as swiveled along its longitudinal axis. In case of further adjustment of the transfer arms (), the first profiled rod () is lowered on the stacking shaft bottom () guided at the first stacking shaft walls () as well as the guide areas (). The further profiled rods () are similarly swiveled and are lowed on the stacking shaft bottom () always adjacent to one another. The invention also related to an installation for an oriented deposition of profiled rods ().
