Abstract

A lock assembly (') is provided that includes a housing (), a rotary bolt () or a translating bolt (′), and a bolt blocker () that moves between a blocking position blocking movement of the bolts (′) and an unblocking position permitting the bolts (′) to move to a retracted position. The lock assemblies (′) are resistant to shocks being applied to the locks assemblies (′) in an effort to open the lock assemblies (′) without authorization.
