Abstract

The current invention is directed towards mixtures, comprising (A) in the range of from 15 to 85% by weight of at least one compound of the general formula (I) (B) in the range of from 85 to 15% by weight of at least one compound of the general formula (II), wherein the integers are defined as follows: Ris C-C-alkyl, linear or branched, Ris C-C-alkyl, linear or branched, G, Gare different or identical and selected from monosaccharides with 4 to 6 carbon atoms, x, y are numbers in the range of from 1.1 to 4, Ris C-C-alkyl, linear or branched, the percentages referring to the total mixture.
