Abstract

It is described an outdoor lighting apparatus () for fixed installation adapted to be connected to a power grid for being supplied with a grid supply voltage. The apparatus () comprises at least one light source (), a driving circuit () of the at least one light source (), a control and communication circuit () adapted to control the driving circuit () and adapted to communicate with a remote control device (). The lighting apparatus () is adapted to be selectively supplied from the power grid with a first supply voltage value and with a second supply voltage value lower than the first voltage value. In that way, it is possible advantageously to supply the lighting apparatus () during the daytime with a safety voltage in order to reduce the electrical hazard.
