Abstract
The present invention relates to an ultrasound probe () comprising: an ultrasound transducer () having an emission surface () for generating ultrasound waves, and an acoustical lens () with a first part () having an inner surface () facing the emission surface (), wherein the inner surface () comprises a plurality of protrusions () and/or recesses () for scattering reflections of ultrasound waves.
