Abstract
The apparatuscomprises a flangewhich is fastened to a housing, a cable clampwhich has a first through hole through which the cableis passed and which is arranged between the housingand the flange, and an elastic memberwhich has a second through hole through which the cableis passed and which is arranged between the housingand the cable clamp. The flangehas a cable holewhich opens at an outer peripheral edge of the flangeand holds the cable. The elastic memberis sandwiched between the cable clampand the housingwhen the flangeis fastened to the housing, elastically deforms, holds the cableat the inside of the second through hole, and seals the cable lead-out hole
