Abstract
A stopperis provided with: a nut-receiving partprovided on a heat insulation platethat is attached to an actuator bracket; and a movable-side stopper partprovided on an actuator rodthat moves in relation to the heat insulation plate. An actuatoris provided with an actuator bodythat generates driving force, and the actuator rodwhich transmits the driving force from the actuator body. The movable-side stopper partis provided on the actuator rodthat extends from the actuator bodyto the nozzle vane side.
