Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition, an aqueous dispersion of polymer particles functionalized with acetoacetoxyethyl groups and a COabating additive, an ion exchange resin functionalized with amine groups or quaternary ammonium salt groups or a combination thereof. The composition is useful for COabatement in acetoacetoxy functionalized latexes compositions.
