Abstract
A closure () attachable to a container having an opening. The closure () comprising a top portion () and a skirt portion () depending from the top portion (). A tamper evident band () is joined to the skirt portion () by one or more frangible connectors (). The band () comprises a first portion () extending generally away from the skirt portion () and a second portion () hingedly connected to the first portion () and movable between a first moldable orientation and at least a second operable orientation.
