The bag body is provided along a length direction of the webbing, fixed to one side of a thickness direction of the webbing and supported by the webbing, and disposed between the webbing and the body of the vehicle occupant in a state in which the webbing is applied to the body of the vehicle occupant. The bag body is inflated by fluid being supplied thereinside. A joined portion at which the first layer and second layer are locally joined together is formed in the bag body. The inflation of the bag body is controlled by the joined portion.
