Abstract

A wireless communication relay apparatus () according to the present invention outputs, when there is an incoming call from a base station () (YES in Step S) and the connection authentication between the wireless communication relay apparatus () and the wireless communication terminal () has not yet been completed (NO in Step S), an instruction to start the connection authentication to the user as an in-apparatus incoming notification state (Step S) and sends a message or a hold tone indicating that the connection authentication is currently being executed to a caller of the incoming call (Step S). After that, when the connection authentication is completed (YES in Step S), the incoming call is connected to the wireless communication terminal () (Step S).
