Abstract
The present invention relates to methods for the rapid detection of the presence or absence ofin a biological or nonbiological sample. The present invention includes methods of detection comprising performing an amplifying step, a hybridizing step, and a detecting step. Furthermore, the present invention relates to primers, probes, and kits that are designed for the detection of
