Abstract
The present invention provides for a taekwondo kicking and punching apparatus comprising: a first padded element designed like an Olympic style taekwondo chest protector; a paddle having a handle on one end and a padded portion designed to look like an Olympic style helmet; and a device for securing the paddle to the first padded element.
