Abstract

The housing () of the fuel injection valve () of the device for intermittently injecting fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine comprises a high-pressure inlet () with a conical sealing face (). The high-pressure chamber () is disposed in the housing () from the high-pressure inlet (). A cartridge-like, independent component () is inserted into the high-pressure chamber (). Said component comprises the valve carrier (), the non-return valve (), the holding element (), and preferably the filter body ('). The valve carrier () is provided with a conical outer sealing face (), by which the valve carrier rests against the conical sealing face (). A fixing element () presses the supply line () against the valve carrier ().
