Abstract

A recessprovided in a passage block; a diaphragm covering the recessto form a valve chestin which a fluid flows; an inflow portopened at the recessand allowing the fluid to flow into the valve chest; an NC outflow portand an NO outflow portopened at the recessand allowing the fluid to flow out from the valve chest; by oscillating the diaphragm, the diaphragm is closely fitted to any one of a first valve seatformed by an openingof the NC outflow portand a second valve seatformed by an openingof the second outflow port, to allow the fluid in the valve chestto flow out from the other outflow port. The recesshas a first inclined portionand a second inclined portionhaving a depth gradually increasing from the first valve seatand the second valve seattoward the inflow opening
