Abstract
A cosmetic skin care composition for improving the appearance of aging skin. The composition is topically applied to a target area of skin where treatment is desired. The composition includes an effective amount of artichoke leaf extract and carob fruit extract in combination, and is applied for a period of time sufficient to improve the appearance of the aging skin.
