Abstract
A device and a method for forming bar-shaped croissant dough in a U-shape, for then quickly and precisely arranging both legs of the U-shape to have the same length, and for producing croissants in a required shape are provided. A device for circularizing croissant doughcomprises a first guide for reducing a widththat moves a first endof the U-shaped croissant doughtoward a center of the U-shape, a platethat is inserted under a second endof the U-shaped croissant doughand lifts the second end, a second guide for reducing the widththat moves the second endthat is lifted toward the center of the U-shape, and a pusherthat vertically presses the first endand the second endthat are moved to the center of the U-shape so as to stick one to the other.
