Abstract

A reactoraccording to the present invention includes a coiland a magnetic corewhere the coilis disposed. In the reactor, a core partA (B) including a stacked columnar body having a plurality of core piecesand a plurality of gap membersstacked and coating resinA (B) in which a peripheral surface coating portionA (B) for coating an outer peripheral surface of the stacked columnar body to integrally hold the core pieceand the gap memberand an end surface coating portionA for coating one end surface of the stacked columnar body are molded integrally is used for a part of the magnetic core, that is, an inner core. A manufacturing error of the core pieceor the gap memberis absorbed by the end surface coating portionA. Consequently, the core partA (B) can be molded with high accuracy and an outer corecan be assembled properly. Thus, the reactorhas high assembling workability.
