Abstract

The invention relates to an aircraft seat attachment () including a body (), a plunger (), and an activation lever (). The activation lever () includes a locking system () adapted to go from an open position corresponding to a free state of the activation lever () to a closed position corresponding to a locked state of the activation lever (). The attachment also enables, in a locked state of said attachment, clamping of a seat rail between at least one boss () of said body () and the plunger (), which includes a system () for maintaining by friction a force clamping the attachment to the rail in the locked state so that the activation lever () does not participate in maintaining said clamping force.
