Abstract
An LED light emitting deviceas an example of a light emitting device utilizing a semiconductor to which the present invention is applied includes a package, a semiconductor light emitting element, a first sealing layer, and a second sealing layer. The semiconductor light emitting elementincludes a p-n functioned semiconductor layer, and serves as a light source that emits light in accordance with application of a voltage to the semiconductor layer. The semiconductor light emitting elementis connected to power supply terminalsthat supply a current.
