Abstract
The invention relates to an optoelectronic semiconductor component () comprising:—an optoelectronic semiconductor chip (), comprising—a growth substrate () having a growth surface (),—a layer sequence () with a semiconductor layer sequence () with an active zone () grown on the growth surface (),—contact points () for electrically contacting the semiconductor layer sequence () and—and insulation layer (), which is formed in an electrically insulting manner—a connection carrier (), which is mounted to the cover surface () of the optoelectronic semiconductor chip facing away from the growth surface (), wherein—the semiconductor layer sequence () is connected to the connection carrier () in an electrically conducting manner and—a conversion layer () is applied to a bottom surface () of the growth substrate () facing away from the growth surface () and to all side surfaces () of the growth substrate ().
