Abstract
A method for efficient wireless communications includes determining whether a first predetermined threshold value related to cell reselection is greater than a second predetermined threshold value related to cell measurement; and when the first predetermined threshold value is not greater than the second predetermined threshold value, determining not to perform cell measurement on a predetermined neighbor cell and determining to perform at least one radio activity instead in a predetermined period of time reserved for performing the cell measurement.
