A motor () is used for driving a member in a container regulated to a pressure different from the atmospheric pressure. The motor () includes a rotor (), a stator (), and a case (). The rotor () is located in an environment having a pressure different from the atmospheric pressure. The stator () is located opposedly to the rotor (). The case () contains the rotor () and the stator (). In the motor (), a space in the case () opposed to the rotor () is filled with a resin.
