Abstract
A locking and unlocking device () for forming an interface between the shell () and the collar () of a sports boot, which comprises a rocker () that is movable in rotation about a pin (), a lever () that is movable in rotation and an elastic element connected to the lever (), such that the lever () is able to occupy a first stable position, in which it holds the rocker () in a locking position, and a second stable position, in which it holds the rocker () in an unlocking position.
