Abstract
The invention relates to a filling and closing device () for an applicator for active substances () and to a method for filling and closing such an applicator for active substances () by means of such a filling and closing device (). The applicator for active substances () comprises an applicator tube () that overlaps the sealing edge (), at least in part. The filling and closing device () comprises a receiving element () for the lower part () of the applicator for active substances (), having a circumferential pressure surface () and a receiving channel () for the applicator tube (), said receiving channel extending below the pressure surface (). The receiving element () is constructed of at least two parts, having a base element () and a cover element () that is movable with respect to the base element (). After completion of the filling and sealing process, the cover element () is moved relative to the base element (), such that the receiving channel () formed therebetween is exposed. The filled and sealed applicator for active substances () can then be easily removed from the receiving element () by way of the applicator tube ().
