Abstract
Low noise amplifiers (LNAs) are provided, the LNAs comprising: a common gate matching network; a capacitor; a resistor; a coil, wherein a sideof coilis coupled to a sideof capacitor, a sideof resistor, and a V+ and a sideof the coilis coupled to a sideof capacitor, a sideof resistor, and a network input; a capacitor; a resistor; a coil, wherein a sideof coilis coupled to an LNA input, a sideof capacitor, a sideof resistor, and a network output and a sideof coilis coupled to a sideof the capacitor, a sideof resistor, and ground; and an output coil that is magnetically coupled to coiland coiland having a sidecoupled to a first terminal of an LNA output and a sidecoupled to a second terminal of the LNA output.
