Abstract

The methods and systems described herein provide for the effective and efficient management of e-mail messages. Specifically, the present invention provides users with a proprietary workflow for managing e-mail messages and determining a score of performance for a user. Incentives are provided to users to encourage users to apply actions to messages through positive or negative feedback. In one particular embodiment, an action to be taken by a user may include adding an e-mail message to a task list.
