[Object] To provide a communication terminal device capable of performing an image registration correlating with address book information with an easy operation. [Constitution] A mobile phone includes: a camera modulefor shooting a subject; a memoryfor storing address book information including telephone numbers; a numeric key portionfor an input; and a CPUfor extracting the address book information relating to information input by the numeric key portionfrom the memoryand for storing an image shot by the camera moduleby correlating the image with the address book information in the memoryat the same time. When the subject is shot by the camera moduleafter the information is input by the numeric key portion, the CPUcorrelates the image with the extracted address book information and stores them in the memory
