Abstract
The invention relate to methods of preparing lithium ion cells including cells using LiTiOas negative electrode material and layered transition metal oxides as positive electrode material or composite positive electrode wherein one of the components is layered transition metal oxide in which the amount of moisture in the cell is reduced such that the characteristics of the cell such as cycle life and cell impedence are improved.
