Abstract

To improve the reliability of the Rankine cycle device using a sealed-type expansion machine, the Rankine cycle deviceaccording to the present disclosure comprises a pump, a heater, an expansion machine, a radiator, and a cooling path. The expansion machinecomprises an expansion mechanismfor extracting a power from the working fluid, an electric power generator, a sealed containercontaining the expansion mechanismand the electric power generator, a first inlet, a first outlet, a second inlet, and a second outlet. The radiatoris connected to the pumpwith a flow path to cool the working fluid drained from the second outlet. The cooling pathwhich connects the first outletto the second outlethas a coolerto cool the working fluid drained from the first outlet
