Abstract
The invention related to a device () for spraying charged droplets of a liquid towards a target along a spraying direction, comprising: a reservoir () for storing the liquid (L), a first electrode () being arranged at an outlet () of said reservoir (), a second electrode () forming a counter electrode to the first electrode () for accelerating said droplets (D) along the spraying direction (S), and a housing () holding the reservoir () as well as said electrodes ().
