The electronic apparatus () sends an input signal () to the microprocessor (). The microprocessor () determines whether functions of the electronic apparatus () are normal or not to obtain a second judgment value according to the input signal (). The microprocessor () controls whether the power supply unit () supplies a driving power () to the electronic apparatus () or not according to the first judgment value and the second judgment value.
