An electronic device capable of applying an appropriate driving signal to a piezoelectric element is provided. The electronic deviceincludes a piezoelectric elementand a control unitconfigured to apply a driving signal to the piezoelectric element, and the control unitapplies a driving signal so that a voltage of a positive electrode of the piezoelectric elementis equal to or greater than a voltage of a negative electrode thereof.
