Abstract
A radial shaft sealing ring for the sealing separation of an internal space (), from an external space (), with a sealing lip () delimited by a first and a second annular surface () of a cone frustum, wherein, the first annular surface () is oriented towards the external space (), and the second annular surface () is oriented towards the internal space (), wherein the annular surfaces () are connected to each other via a ring-shaped contact surface () of the sealing lip (), which rests on the shaft (), wherein the first annular surface () forms with the shaft () a first angle (β') of 23-40° in the installed position, wherein an inner diameter () of the ring-shaped contact surface () is 1-15 mm in the installed position.
