Abstract
A method of producing optically pure N-substituted-3-methoxy propionic acid is provided, which includes the steps of: with a chiral amine in a solvent to obtain a diastereomeric salt represented by formula (IV): wherein Ris selected from the group consisting of Calkyl, Calkoxy and Caryloxy group, and Ris selected from the group consisting of Calkyl, Ccycloalkyl and Caryl.
