Provided is a vehicle door structure that enables manufacturing cost reduction and weight reduction. A vehicle door structureincludes a lock mechanism. The lock mechanismlocks sliding of a slide doorin a fully closed position in which the slide doorcloses a door opening portionand in a fully open position in which the slide doorfully opens the door opening portion. The lock mechanismincludes the portion to be lockedprovided to the guided bodyand the locking portionsandprovided to the slide rail. The portion to be lockedprotrudes toward the locking portionsandand is locked by the locking portionsandin the fully closed position or the fully open position.
