Abstract

The present invention refers to a crankshaft () for an alternative compressor comprising a main shaft () connected to an eccentric pin () by means of a peripheral flange () containing a lubricating hole () extending through said eccentric pin () and through at least part of the body of main shaft (), one of the edges of said hole () being on the cylindrical surface () of said eccentric pin (). With this type of hole, the present invention allows for the use of shafts having extremely low diameters (and, as result, with low viscous loss), even with high eccentricities, whereby an excellent capacity of oil pumping and mechanical strength is maintained.
