Abstract
An apparatus of this invention is directed to an information processing apparatus that selects an appropriate combination of a device connected to a mobile terminal and a program used in the information processing apparatus to operate the device via a network and the mobile terminal, based on a history of the combination. The information processing apparatus accumulates the history of the combination of the device connected via the network and the mobile terminal, and the program used in the information processing apparatus to operate the device. When receiving information about the device connected to the mobile terminal from the mobile terminal via the network, the information processing apparatus selects the combination of the device and the program based on the history of the combination of the device and the program accumulated in an accumulator.
